READ MY AUDIT

You have the numbers.
Now the argument about what they mean.

An audit tells you where the second clock concentrates. It does not tell you which part of that is actually removable — that takes somebody who has seen the same shape in other systems, and an honest look at how much of it is product understanding rather than ordinary engineering. That is the call.

NO SLIDES · NO DASHBOARD TOUR · YOUR OWN FIGURES ON THE TABLE

WHAT THE CALL ACTUALLY COVERS

Six questions, in this order.

  1. SHAPEWhere the second clock concentrates, and whether that is one workflow or the whole system.
  2. CAUSEWhich of those rounds came from missing product understanding, and which from ordinary defects, scope changes or things nobody could have known.
  3. RECOVERABLEThe part we both think a shared product model would actually have prevented. Usually smaller than the observed figure, and that is the number worth having.
  4. ATTRIBUTIONWhat GitMir can genuinely influence, and what belongs to your team either way.
  5. SHAPE OF THE WORKWhat removing the cause looks like in your system, and what it needs from you.
  6. DECISIONAn engagement, keep using it free, or not a fit.

HOW IT ENDS

Three possible answers, and two of them cost you nothing.

NOT A FIT

The second clock is small, or what fills it is not product understanding. We say so, and you carry on using the free engine.

KEEP GOING FREE

The pattern is real but the audit needs more changes behind it. Nothing to buy — come back when it does.

WORTH REMOVING

A recurring cost we can both point at, and a recoverable part big enough to be worth an engagement. We scope it against that figure.

WHAT WE WILL NOT DO ON THIS CALL

No slide deck, no invented savings, no follow-up sequence.

  • We will not tell you a percentage we did not measure. Your audit is the only number in the room that is real.
  • We will not call observed friction recoverable. Most of the difference between those two is honesty, and the rest is experience.
  • We will not recommend an engagement if the recoverable part is not materially larger than what it would cost.

BOOK IT

Tell us what your audit is showing.

If you already have an audit, the summary is the most useful thing you can paste in — where the time concentrates and over how many changes. If you do not have one yet, say what the workflow is and we will tell you whether it is the kind of thing this measures.
